Frequently asked questions
1 - What is dromunity?
It's a website made for all kinds of drone enthusiasts to share their videos, photos or simply the specs of their drones.
It also allows users to find several types of drone events, like shows, races and workshops.
Opposite to generic social media platforms where your post about your drone will be lost in multiple feeds after a couple of weeks (or even days), in dromunity the other users will be able to find your content either by searching for types of drones or countries, or via the multiple links between users, drones, equipment and events.
Therefore, independently from the type of drone you have, dromunity is the best place for you to share and build your portfolio.
2 - How much will I have to pay to use dromunity?
£0.00, €0.00 or $0.00 – it depends on your currency.
This is the total cost to register and to add or edit your drones, equipment or events.
3 - Is dromunity related to the FAA, CAA or any similar organization?
Nope.
This is just a lovely database for drone lovers created by drone lovers. There's a lot of love over here.
4 - How are dromunity points calculated?
Do you want to get more points? Here's what you have to do:
- add a drone: 200 points
- add a (future) event: 200 points
- add an image to your drone or event: 50 points

- add information about your country to your profile: 10 points
- add information about your city to your profile: 10 points
- add at least one social media link to your profile: 10 points
- each view of your drone or event: 1 point
Note: as many things on this website, the points scheme is still in beta version. Any future changes will update all users' points accordingly.
5 - You don't have enough parts on your lists. When will you add more?
You can add new parts once you've registered.
We try to add new parts all the time, but with our limited resources, it's very difficult to add new parts and develop new features at the same time. Therefore if you could help us by adding new parts, we'd really appreciate it.
6 - I'm not the manufacturer nor the seller of a drone part. Can I edit its details?
If any information in dromunity appears wrong or incomplete, please feel free to edit or update it.
